Itsy Bitsy spider

"Itsy Bitsy Spider" (also known as "Incy Wincy Spider"[1] and several other similar-sounding names) is a popular nursery rhyme and fingerplay that describes the adventures of a spider as it ascends, descends, and reascends the downspout or "waterspout" of a gutter system (or, alternatively, the spout of a teapot or open-air reservoir). It is usually accompanied by a sequence of gestures that mimic the words of the song.

The itsy-bitsy spider

Climbed up the water spout

Down came the rain

And washed the spider out

Out came the sun

And dried up all the rain

And the itsy-bitsy spider

Climbed up the spout again

The itsy-bitsy spider

Climbed up the water spout

Down came the rain

And washed the spider out

The sun came out

And dried up all the rain

So the itsy-bitsy spider

Climbed up the spout again

The itsy-bitsy spider

Climbed up the water spout

Down came the rain

And washed the spider out

Out came the sun

And dried up all the rain

And the itsy-bitsy spider

Climbed up the spout again
